Senior Finance Project Manager – CA Background

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) background to lead finance transformation and strategic projects. The role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery while ensuring strong financial governance, controls, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage finance transformation and strategic finance projects from initiation to completion. • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and governance. • Work closely with Finance, IT, Business, and senior stakeholders to drive project outcomes. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls. • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation/digitalisation initiatives. • Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and financial impact. • Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership. • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements. Requirements • CA/Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory. • 8–12+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Project Management. • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional finance projects. • Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, budgeting, and reporting. • Experience with ERP/finance transformation initiatives is preferred. • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
