Creator Studeoz is a 20+ year creative production company, built in India and now expanding across Dubai and the MENA region. From Mumbai and Bangalore to Dubai, our work has evolved across photography, filmmaking, advertising, branded content, TV commercials, print campaigns, music videos, corporate films, podcasts, documentaries, events, weddings and digital content. We ideate. Strategize. Create. Produce. And now, we’re looking for people who can help take that capability into the market. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This is a business-building role, not a telecalling role. You’ll identify companies, brands, founders, agencies and opportunities where our creative and production capabilities can create value — and build the relationship from the first conversation onwards. That means: Prospect → Connect → Understand → Qualify → Meet → Pitch → Follow Up → Convert → Grow the Relationship You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to understand what a client actually needs and translate that into the right solution. THE MARKETS YOU COULD WORK ACROSS Luxury Weddings & Events Corporate & Large-Scale Events Real Estate & Developers F&B & Hospitality Hotels Brands & Corporates Founders & Personal Brands Advertising / PR / Digital Agencies Podcasts & Branded Content Media & Entertainment Creators & Influencer-led Businesses And we expect that list to keep growing. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We want people who are naturally curious about people and business. Someone who can walk into a room and start a conversation. Someone who can understand a business, spot an opportunity and say: “There’s something we can build here.” You should be comfortable with: * Building relationships from scratch * Prospecting and creating your own opportunities * Client meetings and presentations * Networking and industry events * Preparing proposals and pitches * Negotiating and closing conversations * Following up without being asked * Maintaining a healthy pipeline * Working closely with creative and production teams * Understanding the UAE market and its diverse business communities Experience in advertising, media, production, events, hospitality, real estate, luxury, marketing or other relationship-driven industries is valuable. But more important than a particular background is your ability to build trust and create opportunities. WHY CREATOR STUDEOZ? Because you won’t be joining a company that is starting from zero.
