Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in call center/customer service operations, with proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role • 2+ years managing a frontline team of 8+ employees • Experience in team training, rostering and performance management • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills • Experience with CRM, ticketing or operational systems • Valid UAE driving licence or eligibility to convert • Strong English communication skills • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills • Willingness to work late shifts as required • Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to work in Abu Dhabi Show more Show less
