On-road safety operator for autonomous delivery vehicles — monitor vehicle behaviour, intervene when necessary, and ensure safe and compliant operations across indoor and outdoor operational settings. RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate and supervise autonomous delivery vehicles per company SOPs and UAE traffic laws • Monitor vehicle performance in real time; take manual control when needed to maintain safety • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; verify cleanliness, functionality, and deployment readiness • Report incidents, near misses, vehicle faults, and operational anomalies promptly and accurately • Support vehicle deployment, retrieval, charging, and routine maintenance activities • Document operations and coordinate with dispatch, engineering, and remote operations teams • Perform both indoor duties (monitoring, reporting, remote ops support) and outdoor duties (field deployment, on-road supervision, vehicle inspection) as assigned by management REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license and clean • record • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken • Must be willing and able to work night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and public holidays • Must be flexible to take on both indoor and outdoor operational roles based on business needs • Basic proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications Strong safety awareness with excellent attention to detail; calm and decisive under pressure PREFERRED • Own vehicle for commuting to the Khalifa City operational site • Experience in logistics, fleet operations, delivery services, ride-hailing, or commercial driving Experience with ADAS or autonomous vehicle operations • Basic understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary and benefits package • Comprehensive onboarding and autonomous vehicle technology training • Career development opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization • Dynamic work environment at the forefront of autonomous mobility Show more Show less

Requirements
