We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager with proven experience in both B2C consumer sales and B2B sales to fertility clinics and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will combine hands-on sales execution with strategic thinking and strong leadership. As the business expands, this role offers the potential to build and lead a growing sales and business development department. What you will do • Develop and execute B2C and B2B growth plans across the UAE and KSA. • Drive consumer acquisition, convert enquiries into purchases and develop repeat sales. • Build and manage relationships with fertility clinics, obstetricians, gynaecologists and other healthcare professionals. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation, conversion and account growth. • Identify commercial partnerships and opportunities for regional expansion. • Work with marketing teams on consumer promotions, product launches and community events supporting fertility and hormonal-health awareness. • Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales performance and prepare reliable pipeline reports and forecasts. • Set commercial priorities, coach team members and prepare for future department expansion. What you will bring • At least three years of B2C sales experience in healthcare, supplements or wellness, supported by measurable results. • Demonstrated B2B sales success with fertility clinics and healthcare professionals in the UAE. • Experience in women’s health, fertility or reproductive health. • Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgement, negotiation and account-management skills. • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to coach people, establish priorities and build effective teams. • Previous experience developing the KSA market or regional territories. • Experience organising community education events or product launches. • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting and forecasting. • A relevant degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business or Marketing. • Willingness to travel across the UAE and KSA as required.
