HEALTHY FAMILY Chef Location: Abu Dhabi – Al Khalidiya European Family | 6 Members (2 Adults + 4 Children) We are seeking an experienced Private Family Chef with a strong background in healthy Mediterranean cuisine to join a VIP European family in Abu Dhabi. MAIN FOCUS: HEALTHY MEDITERRANEAN COOKING The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and be passionate about preparing fresh, nutritious, high-protein and well-balanced meals for the entire family. Working Arrangement: - Live-Out position ( no accommodation) - Candidates already based in Abu Dhabi are strongly preferred - Candidates willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi may also be considered - 6 days per week - Mainly lunch & dinner preparation - Dishwasher/helper available, with additional household support staff Key Responsibilities: - Prepare daily healthy meals for 2 adults and 4 young children - Prepare high-protein, nutrient-dense and minimally processed meals for the Principal - Specialize in healthy Mediterranean-style cooking - Create nutritious and appealing meals suitable for children - Plan varied weekly menus according to the family's preferences - Understand portion control, macros and calorie-conscious cooking - Source fresh, premium-quality and organic ingredients - Grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing when required - Maintain excellent kitchen organization, hygiene and food safety standards - Manage kitchen stock and supplies efficiently Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience as a Private Family Chef, Villa Chef or Yacht Chef - Private household experience is highly preferred - Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine - Genuine passion and knowledge of healthy, fitness-focused cooking - Strong understanding of high-protein, clean eating and balanced nutrition - Experience preparing healthy meals for young children - Organized, clean and able to work independently - Professional, discreet, personable and family-friendly - Excellent references required PACKAGE: - Salary: Starting from AED 7,000/month – DOE - Candidates should state their salary expectations - Employment Visa Provided - Health Insurance Provided - Annual Return Flight Ticket - Paid Cooking Trial for shortlisted candidates Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi with strong Mediterranean and healthy cooking experience will be given preference.
