Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Exhibition Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region Job Description: • Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals by accurately quantifying and interpreting CAD drawings and tender documents. • Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and maintaining strong commercial relationships. • Assess project commercial feasibility, provide cost-effective alternatives to the Design team, and work closely with Sales and Operations to maintain project costs within budget. • Manage client variations, price negotiations, internal project budgets, and project cost closing in coordination with Operations and Finance, ensuring accurate and timely commercial control. Qualifications: • with at least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Commercial professional within the exhibition, events, interior fit-out, or experiential industry. • Direct experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, material and subcontractor costing, and commercial pricing specifically for exhibition stands and events. • Good knowledge of materials, construction methods, subcontractor pricing, and event/exhibition production costs. • UAE/GCC exhibition or events industry experience is highly preferred.
