Junior Procurement Officer - Automotive Industry - Dubai

We're Hiring: Junior Procurement Officer | Dubai, UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month Company: Leading Automotive Company Experience: 1-3 Years Job Purpose To support procurement activities by sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Key Responsibilities • Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations • Prepare and process PRs and POs • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries • Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation • Coordinate with Stores for inventory replenishment • Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization • Support ERP / Odoo procurement activities • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures • Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Experience • 1-3 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience • UAE experience preferred • Automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an advantage Skills Required Procurement & Vendor Management, Supplier Negotiation, PR/PO Processing, MS Office / Excel, ERP / Odoo, Planning & Organization, Communication, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Teamwork KPIs • Timely PR/PO processing • On-time supplier deliveries • Procurement documentation accuracy • Procurement cycle time • Supplier follow-up effectiveness How To Apply Interested candidates currently in the UAE, please send your CV via DM.
