About Us We support businesses with corporate legal matters, contract management, regulatory awareness, and structured legal governance. Our work focuses on helping organizations manage legal documentation, contractual obligations, risk considerations, and business activities in an organized and commercially practical manner. The Role We are looking for a Head of Legal to oversee legal matters and provide practical legal guidance across business operations. This role involves managing contracts and agreements, supporting corporate governance, assessing legal risks, monitoring relevant legal developments, and coordinating legal matters with internal teams and external advisors. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day corporate legal activities and legal operations • Provide legal guidance on business activities, agreements, contracts, and operational matters • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and legal documents • Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and contractual commitments • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, legal documents, and important deadlines • Monitor contractual obligations, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements • Support corporate governance, internal policies, procedures, and legal frameworks • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting business operations • Coordinate with external legal counsel, advisors, partners, and other professional service providers • Work closely with finance, HR, operations, procurement, and management teams on legal matters • Review business documentation and provide practical recommendations where required • Support dispute management, legal correspondence, claims, and other legal matters • Prepare legal summaries, risk assessments, management updates, and relevant documentation • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information • Support the development and improvement of legal processes, documentation, and internal controls • Provide legal guidance to management on emerging risks and business decisions Requirements • 3+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, legal operations, or a related field preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification preferred • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and contractual matters • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements • Strong analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations • Strong understanding of legal documentation, governance, and contractual obligations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Able to manage multiple legal matters, priorities, and deadlines independently • Comfortable working with digital documentation, legal systems, and collaboration tools • Experience coordinating with senior management and external legal advisors is an advantage • Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information appropriately What We Offer • Hybrid opportunity for UAE-based legal professionals • Part-time work with flexible hours and scheduling • Senior-level exposure to corporate legal and business operations • Opportunity to support contracts, governance, legal risk, and strategic business matters • Exposure to cross-functional projects and management-level decision-making • • Professional and collaborative working environment Show more Show less
