looking for an experienced Head of Legal Affairs (مدير إدارة الشؤون القانونية) to lead the legal function and provide strategic legal support to the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Legal Affairs Department and provide legal guidance to senior management. • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents. • Ensure the organization's activities comply with United Emirates laws, regulations, and government requirements, particularly those applicable in Dubai. • Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters. • Monitor changes in United Emirates legislation and Dubai government regulations and advise management on their impact. • Manage legal risks, disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external legal advisors when required. • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and relevant external stakeholders. • Establish and improve legal policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks. • Support business teams in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s or master's degree in law. • Strong experience in legal affairs, preferably within the United Emirates • Excellent knowledge of United Emirates laws and government regulations, with particular knowledge of Dubai laws and regulatory requirements. • Strong understanding of contracts, corporate matters, compliance, and dispute resolution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. • Ability to work closely with senior management and government entities.
