Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all Pan Asian kitchen operations Develop, curate, and maintain innovative and authentic Pan Asian menus Ensure consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes Demonstrate expert knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian) Maintain strict adherence to quality, taste, and brand presentation standards Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure performance excellence Control food costs, portioning, inventory, and minimize waste Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Coordinate effectively with restaurant management to align culinary strategy with brand vision Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pan Asian Chef in a high-end or luxury dining environment Strong leadership/personality and team management skills Deep knowledge of authentic Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients Experience in menu development and brand-standard implementation Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Strong focus on consistency, creativity, and presentation Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Salary & Benefits Full Package Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month all-inclusive package Show more Show less
