Lead ISO 41001 Consultant – Healthcare Facilities Project | Riyadh Company: QMet Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Work Arrangement: On-site, according to project requirements About the Opportunity QMet is seeking an experienced Lead ISO 41001 Consultant to support a Facilities Management System implementation and certification-readiness project for a healthcare facilities program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified professional with practical experience in facilities management systems, ISO implementation, risk management, and organizational process improvement. Key Responsibilities - Lead ISO 41001 gap assessments and implementation activities. - Develop and review policies, procedures, processes, and management system documentation. - Assess facilities management risks, operational controls, and performance requirements. - Coordinate implementation workshops, staff training, and internal audit activities. - Work closely with facilities management, engineering, and operational teams. - Monitor implementation progress and support corrective action plans. - Prepare the organization for independent certification assessment. Qualifications and Experience - Proven experience implementing ISO management systems. - ISO 41001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor qualification preferred. - Experience in healthcare facilities, hospitals, or critical infrastructure is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of facilities management processes, risk assessment, documentation, and auditing. - Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work on-site in Riyadh for the required project duration.
