Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the growth of advisory services across company formation, human capital, and business management. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting market and competitor analysis, and coordinating meetings with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with consulting teams to align client needs with service offerings, track sales pipelines, and report on business development performance and targets. Qualifications • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and relationship management. • Experience in client engagement and account management within consulting, professional services, or related fields. • Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. • Proficiency in preparing clear proposals, presentations, and business documents, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple initiatives in a part-time setting. • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data tracking or reporting for sales and pipeline management. • Understanding of company formation, organizational development, or human capital advisory is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus. • Professional fluency in English.
