Procurement Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Crystal Fit Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the UAE interior fit-out industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement across multiple commercial fit-out projects, including supplier and subcontractor sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, lead-time control and delivery coordination. Key Responsibilities • Manage procurement activities for multiple ongoing fit-out projects • Source and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE • Issue RFQs based on approved BOQs, specifications, drawings and project requirements • Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare detailed commercial comparison sheets • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, lead times and commercial conditions • Coordinate with the QS / Cost Controller to ensure procurement remains within the approved project budget • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and subcontract documentation following internal approval • Maintain and update the procurement schedule for each project • Identify long-lead items and raise early warnings to the Project Manager • Follow up on material production, approvals and delivery dates • Coordinate material deliveries with Project Managers and Site Engineers • Maintain an approved supplier and subcontractor database • Develop alternative suppliers and subcontractors to improve pricing and reduce procurement risk • Coordinate material samples, technical data sheets and required documentation with the project/design team • Track PO values, committed costs, payment terms and outstanding deliveries • Coordinate with Accounts regarding supplier invoices and payment schedules • Verify that supplier invoices correspond with approved POs and delivered quantities • Support value engineering and alternative material sourcing where required • Maintain complete procurement records for every project Typical Procurement Packages The role will cover procurement and subcontract packages including: • Joinery • Gypsum and ceilings • Flooring and tiling • Glass and metal works • Painting and decorative finishes • HVAC • Electrical and plumbing • Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm • Kitchen equipment • Lighting • Sanitary ware • Doors and ironmongery • Signage • Furniture and FF&E • Specialist fit-out materials Requirements • Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within the UAE interior fit-out industry • Strong existing network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors • Good knowledge of fit-out materials, specifications and subcontract packages • Experience with commercial, retail, F&B, office, gym, clinic or hospitality fit-out projects • Ability to read BOQs, drawings and technical specifications • Strong commercial negotiation skills • Good understanding of project budgets and cost control principles • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Ability to manage procurement for several projects simultaneously • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Good written and spoken English • UAE experience is strongly preferred Key Performance Indicators Performance will be measured based on: • Procurement savings against project budget • Number and quality of competitive quotations obtained • On-time procurement and delivery performance • Reduction of urgent / last-minute purchases • Supplier and subcontractor performance • Payment terms achieved • Accuracy of Purchase Orders and procurement records • Development of reliable alternative suppliers • Procurement impact on overall project profitability To Apply Please send your CV together with: • Current salary • Expected salary • Notice period / availability • UAE experience • Brief summary of fit-out projects handled • Examples of major procurement packages previously managed Candidates with an established network of Dubai fit-out suppliers and subcontractors will be given preference.
