Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.  Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.  Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.  Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
