Role Purpose Maintain uninterrupted as-is manual billing operations while permanent team members support the standardisation and automation initiative, protecting billing accuracy, control and timeliness. 2. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned manual billing activities from approved request through invoice creation and release. Validate customer, contract, pricing, tax, supporting-document and approval information before billing. 3. Technical Skills and Competencies Hands-on O2C billing, invoicing and period-end experience. Billing controls, approvals, tax requirements and supporting documentation. Oracle ERP billing modules and advanced Microsoft Excel. 4. Behavioural Competencies Highly accurate, dependable and control-focused. Strong ownership of deadlines and pending actions. Responsive communication with upstream and downstream teams.
