WE ARE HIRING | LEGAL & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COUNSEL Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Fintech | Crypto | Payments | iGaming | Immigration | Business Litigation | Regulatory Advisory We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Lawyer to join our growing legal consultancy practice in Dubai. This is not a traditional desk-based legal role. We are looking for someone who can combine legal knowledge, business development, client relationship management and regulatory coordination — someone who can actively contribute to growing the business and developing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities : • Develop and generate new business opportunities in Fintech, Crypto, Payments, iGaming, Immigration and Business Litigation • Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with our legal/regulatory team to structure appropriate solutions • Handle client meetings, presentations, consultations and follow-ups • Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, professionals and international referral partners • Assist in preparing legal proposals, quotations, engagement letters and regulatory submissions • Coordinate with regulators, government authorities and local legal/service providers • Assist in regulatory matters involving authorities such as: 🇦🇪 UAE Central Bank 🔹 VARA 🔹 ADGM / FSRA 🔹 DIFC / DFSA 🔹 GCGRA 🔹 Other UAE and international regulatory authorities • Monitor regulatory developments affecting fintech, crypto, payment services, iGaming and other emerging industries • Coordinate licensing and regulatory projects from initial client consultation through application, approval and post-licensing requirements • Support business litigation and commercial legal matters as required • Represent the firm professionally in meetings, conferences, networking events and industry forums Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a lawyer with 2–5 years of professional experience who has: ✅ Strong communication and presentation skills ✅ Excellent client-handling abilities ✅ Commercial/business development mindset ✅ Ability to independently communicate with clients and professional partners ✅ Understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks ✅ Interest or experience in Fintech / Crypto / Payments / iGaming / Immigration / Corporate & Commercial Law ✅ Ability to understand regulatory requirements and coordinate with different authorities ✅ Strong drafting, research and analytical skills ✅ Confidence in attending client meetings and business-development discussions ✅ Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary legal team Advantageous Experience Candidates with exposure to any of the following will be preferred: VARA | ADGM/FSRA | DIFC/DFSA | UAE Central Bank | GCGRA | Crypto/VASP | Payment Services | Fintech Licensing | iGaming | Corporate Structuring | Immigration | Commercial Litigation The Opportunity This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of: LAW × FINTECH × CRYPTO × REGULATION × BUSINESS You will not simply be drafting documents.
