Legal Counsel - Transactions & Compliance | Dubai, UAE What This Role Is About Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel - Transactions & Compliance, based in Dubai, to provide legal support across investment transactions, fund activities, and regulatory matters. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders on fund investments and transaction structuring, providing legal guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will also oversee key legal aspects of investor onboarding and ensure documentation and processes are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded legal professional who can provide sound legal advice, manage complex transactions, and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
