Delivery Manager UAE

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and optimize Domino’s UAE delivery operations. The role will be responsible for improving customer experience, operational efficiency, delivery profitability, fleet performance, and third-party logistics performance while supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage the delivery operational budget and optimize Cost per Order across own fleet and 3PL partners. • Develop delivery standards, SOPs, governance, and performance monitoring processes. • Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and executive presentations. • Lead strategic delivery initiatives including On-Demand Delivery, Routing Optimization, technology improvements, and new delivery models. • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and IT. • Analyze operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance. • Manage and govern Third-Party Logistics partners and ensure SLA compliance. • Own key delivery KPIs including ADT, Cost per Order, On-Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, and Order Success Rate. • Manage delivery fleet and assets, including bikes, maintenance, insurance, tracking, utilization, and overall readiness. • Ensure delivery safety and regulatory compliance, including applicable RTA and MoHRE requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations or Delivery Management. • Multi-site operational management experience. • Experience managing Third-Party Logistics providers. • QSR or Food Delivery experience is preferred. • Proven experience leading and developing operational teams. • Strong skills in data analysis, performance management, stakeholder management, project management, and continuous improvement.
