Responsibilities: Manage and optimize delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities Analyze and improve delivery processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery experiences Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate delivery disruptions and ensure business continuity Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics operations management systems (LMS)
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role. Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics operations management systems (LMS).
