Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen our market presence and drive corporate, government, and MICE business across the UAE. We are seeking a sales professional with an established network within the UAE corporate market and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and deliver measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Drive Corporate, Government, MICE and Group business for the hotel. • Develop and implement proactive sales plans to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and networking. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, government entities, embassies, TMCs and event agencies. • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations and client site inspections. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure conversion of leads into confirmed business. • Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions and trade exhibitions. • Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities. • Work closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximize commercial performance Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay Essential Requirements • Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience within the UAE hospitality market. • Proven background in Corporate and MICE sales. • Existing network of active UAE corporate accounts. • Strong understanding of Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Northern Emirates business markets. • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Highly Preferred • Experience with Hilton or another international hotel brand. • Existing relationships with: • Government & Semi-Government entities • Corporate Travel Managers • Travel Management Companies (TMCs) • Destination Management Companies (DMCs) • Event & Meeting Planners • Industrial and Manufacturing Companies operating in the Northern Emirates • Existing UAE hotel account portfolio that can demonstrate past production. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will be expected to: • Deliver measurable growth in corporate room nights. • Increase weekday occupancy through new account acquisition. • Generate MICE and group business opportunities. • Expand the hotel's market share within key commercial segments. • Develop a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
