HR Operations Manager Role Purpose Lead HR operations across the UAE and selected GCC markets, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, consistent processes, compliance with local labour laws, and a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple GCC countries. • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding. • Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave and end-of-service processes. • Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, company policies and audit requirements. • Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters. • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data and provide HR reports and dashboards. • Oversee visa, work permit and immigration processes with relevant teams. • Standardise and improve HR processes, SOPs and service delivery. • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll and business leaders across the region. Candidate Profile • 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong HR Operations exposure. • 3+ years in a managerial or regional role. • Experience supporting multiple GCC countries. • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and wider GCC employment practices. • Experience with payroll, HR systems, employee relations and HR compliance. • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; CIPD/SHRM is advantageous.
