Construction Manager

🚨 WE’RE HIRING | CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – DUBAI, UAE We are seeking a hands-on construction professional who can independently manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, control project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities - • Manage and supervise daily construction activities and site operations. • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors and consultants. • Monitor project schedules, progress, costs and quality. • Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements and material submittals. • Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship. • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and risks. • Prepare/review BOQs, progress reports, payment applications and variations. • Evaluate EOT claims and contractual matters and provide recommendations. • Maintain proper project documentation and reporting. Key Requirements- •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering •6–8 years of relevant construction experience •Minimum 4–5 years of proven Dubai/UAE experience – ESSENTIAL •Strong experience in civil construction & finishing works •Proven ability to manage construction sites independently •Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling & methodology •Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control & contract administration •Experience handling Variations, EOT claims & progress payments •Strong knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, specifications & technical submittals •Proficiency in AutoCAD •English & Arabic – REQUIRED Salary - AED 9,000 – AED 16,000 per month + Other benefits as per UAE labor law 📩 How to Apply - Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to send their updated CV on : WhatsApp :- +971585352131 Email :- [email protected] Show more Show less
