Supply Chain Manager

Gemini Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain operations across our trading and manufacturing businesses in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution. • Develop effective inventory planning and replenishment strategies to maintain optimum stock levels across branches and warehouses. • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouses, sales teams and operations to ensure timely availability and movement of materials. • Monitor stock movement, slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend appropriate corrective actions. • Improve supply chain processes to reduce lead times, control costs and increase operational efficiency. • Manage supplier performance, delivery schedules and supply-related risks. • Support import, shipping, customs clearance and local logistics activities. • Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and provide regular management reports. • Lead and develop the supply chain team and ensure effective coordination across different business units. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline. • MBA / Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Logistics will be an added advantage. • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPIM or equivalent will be an advantage. • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant supply chain experience, including strong UAE experience. • Experience in building materials, trading, manufacturing, construction-related products or a similar industry is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehousing and logistics. • Good understanding of UAE import procedures, shipping, customs clearance and local distribution. • Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills. • Good working knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools.
