Junior Site Engineer- Civil and Fit-Out

Job Description- We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Civil and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will support the site team in supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring works are completed as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities- • Supervise daily civil and fit-out works at the project site • Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams • Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and quality • Report site issues and progress to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager • Maintain site records and follow HSE requirements Requirements- • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • 2–3 years of relevant Civil & Fit-Out site experience • Good understanding of construction drawings and site activities • Good communication and coordination skills • UAE experience is mandatory What We Offer- • Salary: AED 4,000-5,000 per month • Company-sponsored visa • Health insurance • Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law • Annual flight ticket allowance • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law Apply now and send your cv on :- WhatsApp ;- +971585352131 Email :- [email protected] Show more Show less
