Job Title: Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Villa Construction Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 (Based on experience) Location: United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of UAE construction experience, specializing in interior fit-outs, renovations, and luxury villa construction. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring absolute compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all executions align perfectly with approved shop drawings and project specifications. • Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Progress Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle Inspection Requests (IRs). • HSE & Quality Control: Implement rigorous on-site health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship. • Resource Management: Monitor and optimize site resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) to hit project milestones on schedule. • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve on-site technical discrepancies promptly. • Quantity Surveying Support: Verify physical work measurements to assist in preparing monthly progress claims and bills. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid site engineering experience in the UAE (specifically in fit-out and villa projects). • Language Skills (Mandatory): Fluent in both Arabic and English (written & spoken) for professional coordination and site management. • Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. • Driving License: Must Valid UAE driving license .
