Are you an HR leader who can walk into a fast growing business with no corporate HR function yet, and build one that can support genuine multi country scale? A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has scaled from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships and genuine, working AI technology. As the business transitions from a UAE focused operation into a true multi country business across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and beyond, it needs its first Head of HR to build the function from the ground up. This is not a role stepping into an established team and existing processes. There is no corporate HR function yet, you will be building policies, payroll structures, recruitment processes and performance frameworks from scratch, with full ownership over how HR is set up as the company scales. What's in it for you: • The rare chance to build an HR function from zero rather than inherit someone else's structure • Direct reporting line into the CEO and COO, with real influence over how the company scales its people function • Join a business already recognised as a market leader, expanding at real pace across the GCC • Base salary of AED 55,000 a month What you'll be doing: • Building HR policies, procedures and governance from the ground up across UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and future markets • Leading recruitment strategy across corporate, technical, operational and commercial functions • Overseeing payroll, benefits, compensation structures and salary benchmarking • Establishing a performance management framework, including KPIs, reviews and succession planning • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations • Developing training, leadership development and career progression frameworks as the business grows What we need: • 8 plus years of HR experience with previous HR management responsibility • Experience within a multinational or large organisation strongly preferred • Strong UAE labour law knowledge, with GCC or multi country HR experience preferred • A track record of building or transforming HR functions rather than just running an existing one • Strong payroll, compensation, benefits and workforce planning experience • Excellent English, Arabic preferred If you want to build the people function of a business that is genuinely scaling, not just planning to, we would like to hear from you.
