Role Description The Site Engineer/Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction and site activities for SkyWing Real Estate projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising contractors and workers, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring work is executed according to design, structural specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring quality control, conducting site inspections, managing site documentation, and reporting progress to senior management. The Site Engineer/Site Supervisor will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical issues and keep projects on schedule and within budget. The position also requires adherence to local regulations and building codes while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including practical experience managing construction activities and coordinating site operations. • Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with contractors, engineers, clients, and internal teams, and to prepare clear reports and documentation. • Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure materials, workmanship, and processes meet project standards and regulatory requirements. • Candidates should possess a solid foundation in structural engineering or civil engineering, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and prior experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects in the UAE, are highly beneficial. • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and Dubai-specific permitting processes, along with proficiency in basic project management and construction software, is preferred.
