Job Title: Brand Manager – Saudi Arabia Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports To: Regional Office – Dubai About Us Founded in 1985, Dolce&Gabbana is an international leader in the fashion and luxury sector. Role Purpose The Brand Manager will act as the brand’s on-the-ground representative in Saudi Arabia, managing day-to-day collaboration with the local distributor to ensure flawless brand execution, retail visibility, market development, and commercial oversight. While this role does not hold authority to negotiate commercial terms with the local distributor in KSA, it works closely with the Dubai regional team to align local activities with the broader regional strategy. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Implementation & Market Presence • Ensure the brand strategy, as defined by the Dubai regional office, is fully and consistently executed across the Saudi market, translating as well regional priorities into locally relevant initiatives to achieve business objectives. • Monitor and enforce adherence to all brand guidelines in retail stores to maintain and elevate brand image • Conduct regular market visits, store audits, and field inspections to assess brand presentation, merchandising, and customer experience • Verify that the distributor has appointed the right sales personnel in appropriate locations, ensuring they are trained and aligned with the brand’s values and objectives Marketing Activities Execution • Coordinate with the distributor and regional marketing team to deliver engaging customer experiences and flawless execution of all local marketing initiatives including mall podiums, in-store animations, product launches, events, CRM, and digital/e-commerce activations that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning • Monitor the effectiveness and compliance of local marketing campaigns and report on outcomes and areas for improvement • Track and evaluate the performance of local marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations based on results, consumer response and ROI. • Monitor the brand’s e-retail presence in Saudi Arabia, ensuring assortment, content, visibility, launches and online brand presentation are aligned with regional standards. Sales Team Training & Development • Oversee the local training team (dotted line to Dubai training team) and development of the distributor’s dedicated sales team to guarantee deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service • Collaborate with the regional training team to design and implement ongoing training programs and workshops • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback to improve sales force performance Reporting & Feedback • Deliver comprehensive reports on brand implementation, market conditions, retail execution, sales team performance, marketing activities, and commercial KPIs to the Dubai office • Build a detailed monthly competition insights report for the Dubai team, analyzing competitor activities and local market trends • Closely track sell-out performance in key retail, and provide actionable feedback to the distributor and regional team • Recommend improvement actions based on local trends and competitor analysis to enhance brand performance and market positioning • Support regional strategic projects, business planning and ad-hoc market analysis, providing Saudi-specific insights and recommendations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the beauty industry, ideally within luxury or premium brands • Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian retail and beauty market • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively bridge local and regional teams • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities • Collaborative and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, even without direct commercial authority, that can continuously improve ways of working • Proven experience managing distributor relationships or retail operations without direct commercial authority • Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel locally and regionally • Passionate about luxury beauty brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences Show more Show less
