Job Description Strategic Customer Relationship • To fully perform in the sales process facilitating the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand. • Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up. • To ensure the customer transaction is semless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner. • Understanding of key performance indicators, given from the line manager. • Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale. Administration • Responsibly follow the documented sales process, complying to company and legal requirements. • Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle. • Support the line manager to maintain the sales operations to the desired standards in display and presentation. • Adhere to all HSSE standards. Operational • Follow the direction of the line manager during the sales process. • Follow the guidlines and process ensuring cleared funds of cash or finance prior to vehicle release, and trade-in facility. • Follow the gudielines of vehicle registration, in line with each Emirate requirements. • Ability to always represent and deliver professional customer experience. Product/ Process Improvement • Accurately, record each customer lead and enquiry. • Manage the dealer management system with timely follow up, with commentary. • Comply with security process, of all monies and vehicle assets. Administrative duties involve following the documented sales process in compliance with company and legal requirements, helping customers understand the purchase process and requirements, maintaining sales operations to standards in display and presentation, and adhering to HSSE standards. Operational duties include following the line manager's direction during the sales process, ensuring clearance of funds (cash or finance) prior to vehicle release and trade-in, handling vehicle registration in line with Emirate requirements, and delivering professional customer experience. Product/process improvement tasks include accurately recording each customer lead and enquiry, managing the dealer management system with timely follow-up and commentary, and complying with security processes for monies and vehicle assets.
