As a Laundry Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operations Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms • Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms • Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance • Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed • Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
