Project Manager (Landscaping & Swimming Pool)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee landscaping and swimming pool projects across Dubai. This role involves managing projects end to end, from initial planning through execution and handover, while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a client-facing environment where quality, timelines, and clear communication are essential. Key Responsibilities • Project Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved specifications and quality standards. • Design Coordination: Work closely with clients, designers, and consultants to translate project requirements into practical, well-executed solutions, balancing design intent, technical constraints, and cost considerations. • Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activities for landscaping and swimming pools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical drawings, and local authority requirements. • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates, addressing issues proactively, and maintaining a high level of professional service. • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and smooth collaboration throughout the project. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing landscaping and swimming pool projects in Dubai. • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of pool construction, landscaping works, and project management processes. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • License: Valid UAE driving license.
