Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream within the Group Finance Department. The engagement focuses on regulatory compliance, process optimization, and business analysis in a banking environment. The consultant will support regulatory reporting initiatives by analyzing and implementing new business and regulatory requirements, driving automation of manual file-based processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual adjustments, and contributing to ECB remediation activities. The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and sustainable regulatory reporting solutions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of banking regulatory reporting processes, financial data, and reporting systems.
