Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Ain, responsible for overseeing all HR functions within Bangkok Home Health Care Services LLC. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering compensation, benefits, and leave. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations, supporting performance management, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to support workforce planning, promote a positive workplace culture, and address HR-related queries from staff. Qualifications • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support staffing needs in a healthcare environment. • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a fair and supportive workplace. • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and UAE labor laws, including documentation and record-keeping practices. • Proficiency in HRIS or related HR software, basic data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage. • Previous experience in healthcare or home health care services in the UAE is highly beneficial. • Ability to work on-site in Al Ain, demonstrate discretion with confidential information, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
