Architectural Engineer – Hospitality Projects (Freelance)

Who we’re looking for must have • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotel Projects • Strong knowledge of Saudi Ministry of Tourism standards and requirements for hotel facilities • Experience in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings • Ability to identify compliance and noncompliance points and prepare technical reports • Strong attention to detail and report writing skills. • Experience with hotel classification requirements and hospitality standards is highly preferred Key Responsibilities • Review hotel architectural and engineering drawings against Saudi Ministry of Tourism standards • Assess compliance and identify noncompliance items. • Prepare clear technical reports outlining compliant and noncompliant requirements • Provide technical observations and recommendations related to compliance requirements • Coordinate with the consultancy team regarding project requirements and findings • Provide technical assessments without modifying or redesigning the drawings Contract Type • Freelance / Project-Based • Engagement based on project availability • Compensation will be paid per assigned project Show more Show less
