Light Driver Job Summary The Light Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers, goods, or documents using a light vehicle while following traffic laws and company policies. The role requires punctuality, responsibility, and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Drive light vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials safely • Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per schedule • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures • Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition • Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, brakes) • Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately • Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records • Assist with loading and unloading items when required Requirements and Qualifications • Valid light vehicle driving license • Proven experience as a light driver preferred • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules • Ability to read maps and use GPS/navigation apps • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if needed • Good communication and time-management skills • Honest, reliable, and professional attitude Working Conditions • May involve extended driving hours • Indoor and outdoor work environment • Weekend or shift work may be required Show more Show less
