The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients across the region. This is a Full-Time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities • Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport and deliver products to various destinations. • Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies. • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery. • Load, unload, and handle goods with care, ensuring they are secure and free from damage. • Verify the accuracy of delivery contents against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery. • Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. • Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or defects promptly. • Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition. • Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Qualifications • A valid UAE driving licence is essential (manual transmission required). • Proven experience working as a professional driver in the UAE. • A clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations. • Excellent knowledge of Dubai and other UAE road networks and traffic patterns. • Basic proficiency in English is required for communication and understanding delivery instructions. • Strong time-management and organisational skills. • Physical fitness, with the ability to handle and lift goods as required. • A punctual, reliable, and trustworthy character.
