SmartSite
Grow SmartSite's presence across the UAE SmartSite is changing how the construction industry builds. We already have a strong foothold in the UAE, and demand from contractors and developers is outpacing us, so we're bringing on a Sales Manager to help us go further. SmartSite supports some of the world's most demanding construction projects across the UK, US, Canada, and the UAE, helping leading contractors improve productivity, logistics, and safety through connected construction technology. This role is based in Dubai. You'll be joining a market where SmartSite is already working with contractors on live sites. Your job is to build on that, open doors with the next tier of major players, and push our presence deeper across the UAE and wider GCC. Your mission You'll own revenue growth across the UAE, working directly with contractors, consultants, and developers. Your job is to show them what SmartSite can do for productivity, coordination, and safety on their sites. From SmartHoist to SmartWorker, you'll be the person translating what our technology does into what it means for a contractor's bottom line. Along the way, you'll build a pipeline that lasts well beyond the first sale. What you'll do Win new business • Find, develop, and close deals with contractors, developers, and construction partners across the UAE. • Run a disciplined pipeline, from first conversation through to signed contract. • Get out on-site and into industry events across the region. This isn't a desk-bound sales role. Build relationships that last • Earn trust with project directors, logistics managers, innovation leads, and executives • Work with rental partners and resellers to extend our reach. • Sell SmartSite as a long-term partner, not a one-off software purchase. Help shape what comes next • Feed real market and customer insight back to product and leadership. • Have a direct hand in shaping how we go to market across the UAE and GCC. • Help define what this region looks like for SmartSite a year from now. Who you are You have a track record in B2B sales, ideally in construction tech, SaaS, construction materials/equipment, or industrial technology. You can talk to a site supervisor in the morning and a C-suite exec in the afternoon, and be equally credible with both. You're self-directed, and you genuinely want to build something rather than work a territory that's already mapped out. What you'll get • A fast-growing company solving real problems for some of the world's largest construction companies. • Real ownership. This market will look the way you help shape it. • Room to grow as the company grows. Interested? Come help us build out what construction technology looks like across the UAE. Show more Show less
