HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that support associate growth and operational excellence. • Champion Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA initiatives through regular audits, training interventions, and follow-up action plans. • Oversee the onboarding journey, ensuring new associates experience a seamless and engaging Discovery program and probationary follow-up process. • Manage leadership and talent development initiatives, including management development, mentorship, cross-training, internship, and graduate programs. • Analyze feedback, audit results, guest satisfaction data, and engagement survey outcomes to identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement. • Develop and manage annual training plans, monthly training calendars, budgets, and training records to ensure effective execution and compliance. COULD THIS BE YOU? • You are passionate about learning and development and thrive in creating meaningful growth opportunities for others. • You have experience delivering training and talent development initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment for more than 4 years. • You possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage audiences at all levels. • You are highly analytical and able to translate guest, quality, and engagement data into impactful development solutions. • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and can create engaging, professional learning materials. • You are a collaborative relationship builder who works effectively across departments and inspires a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations.
