YOUR ROLE As Talent Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the associate experience and cultivating a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and excellence. You will lead the hotel's training and development strategy, ensuring associates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional guest experiences while embodying Rosewood's guiding principles and service philosophy. Working collaboratively with Talent and Culture and operational leaders, you will oversee onboarding, leadership development, quality assurance initiatives, learning programs, and associate engagement activities that support both individual growth and the overall success of Rosewood Abu Dhabi. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE - Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that support associate growth and operational excellence. - Champion Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA initiatives through regular audits, training interventions, and follow-up action plans. - Oversee the onboarding journey, ensuring new associates experience a seamless and engaging Discovery program and probationary follow-up process. - Manage leadership and talent development initiatives, including management development, mentorship, cross-training, internship, and graduate programs. - Analyze feedback, audit results, guest satisfaction data, and engagement survey outcomes to identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement. - Develop and manage annual training plans, monthly training calendars, budgets, and training records to ensure effective execution and compliance. COULD THIS BE YOU? - You are passionate about learning and development and thrive in creating meaningful growth opportunities for others. - You have experience delivering training and talent development initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment for more than 4 years. - You possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage audiences at all levels. - You are highly analytical and able to translate guest, quality, and engagement data into impactful development solutions. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and can create engaging, professional learning materials. - You are a collaborative relationship builder who works effectively across departments and inspires a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. The development boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries. Additional recreational spaces will include event pavilions and Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.
