For our ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai and Latvia, we are looking for a highly experienced Surveying Manager to join our site teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related technical field, • Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, • At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, • Extensive experience in surveying, setting-out, and measurement works, • Proven experience in building, infrastructure, and/or large-scale construction projects, • Strong knowledge of Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment, • Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant surveying software, • Strong experience in site measurement, setting-out, leveling, as-built surveys, and quantity/earthwork measurements, • Proven ability to manage and coordinate surveying teams and survey engineers, • Experience in coordinating surveying activities with civil, architectural, MEP, and technical office teams, • Good command of English (spoken and written), • Arabic, Russian, or English language skills are an advantage. • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and site coordination skills, • Willingness and ability to work abroad, • No restrictions for working in Dubai, Latvia. Job Description • Managing and supervising all surveying and measurement activities on site, • Planning and coordinating setting-out, leveling, alignment, and positioning works, • Ensuring all surveying activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and technical requirements, • Managing and controlling topographical surveys and as-built measurements, • Reviewing and verifying coordinates, elevations, benchmarks, and control points, • Monitoring and verifying earthwork and excavation quantities, • Coordinating surveying activities with civil, architectural, MEP, and technical office teams, • Managing and supervising survey engineers and surveying teams, • Reviewing and approving survey data, drawings, reports, and measurement records, • Ensuring surveying equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and fit for use, • Supporting the preparation and verification of progress measurements, quantity calculations, and as-built documentation, • Identifying and resolving surveying discrepancies and technical issues on site, • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date survey records and documentation are maintained throughout the project, • Reporting surveying progress, technical issues, and requirements to Project Management.
