Technical Site Architect

We’re Hiring | Technical Site Architect – High-Rise Construction Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for an experienced Technical Site Architect to join our project team for a high-rise building development. Key Responsibilities • Prepare architectural works from construction through finishing and handover. • Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical details. • Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist contractors. • Identify and resolve site technical issues, discrepancies, and constructability challenges. • Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishes to ensure compliance with approved standards. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams. • Ensure timely closure of technical queries, inspections, snags, and as-built documentation. • Support project programme, quality control, and successful architectural handover. • Prepare Shop drawing as required Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture; professional registration preferred. • 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong high-rise construction experience. • Excellent knowledge of architectural construction, detailing, finishes, and multidisciplinary coordination. • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred. • Strong technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage site activities and deliver high-quality architectural works within programme requiremnets. 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply via [email protected] #Hiring #Architect #TechnicalArchitect #SiteArchitect #Construction #HighRiseConstruction #ArchitectureJobs #EngineeringJobs #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #ConstructionJobs Show more Show less
