Construction Manager – Fit-Out | Hospital Project Industry: Healthcare / Construction We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Fit-Out to join our team for a major hospital project. Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all fit-out and construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme, and quality standards. • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution. • Coordinate architectural finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery, and other interior works. • Coordinate closely with MEP, HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire protection, medical gas, and other specialist hospital systems. • Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. • Liaise with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues. • Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved materials, HSE requirements, and healthcare standards. • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. • Participate in progress and coordination meetings and provide regular project updates. • Identify construction risks, delays, and interface issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • 10+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in fit-out projects. • Proven experience working on hospital/healthcare projects is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out and MEP coordination. • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, HSE, and project coordination. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Hospital Experience – Advantage Show more Show less
