We are Seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead site execution, technical coordination, and authority sign-offs for complex building and infrastructure developments from pre-construction through testing and handover. Key Responsibilities • Execution & Planning: Lead on-site MEP works, drive sub-contractor schedules, and coordinate with civil/structural teams to prevent clashes. • Compliance & Standards: Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local code requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence). • Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections (RFIs), resolve non-conformances (NCRs), and enforce strict site EHS protocols. • Commercial Support: Review subcontractor valuations, variations, and progress claims alongside the commercial team. • Commissioning & Handover: Oversee TAB, system commissioning, As-Built approvals, and O&M documentation closeouts. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: 10+ years of progressive MEP construction management experience. • Project Track Record: Proven background delivering both major Building projects (commercial, high-rise, data centers) and Infrastructure works (utilities, power distribution, transport). • Technical & Soft Skills: In-depth knowledge of local GCC authority regulations, BIM coordination workflows, and strong team leadership capabilities.
