Stakeholder & Domain Alignment: Partner with business heads, domain owners, and executive data leadership to unpack strategic vision, drive use-case prioritization, and establish organizational buy-in. Cross-Functional Squad Leadership: Coordinate and steer a hybrid delivery model, ensuring seamless alignment between onsite consulting leadership, client enterprise architecture teams, and offshore engineering pods. Scope & Road mapping Strategy: Define and lock down MVP boundaries, manage critical path dependencies, and author robust implementation roadmaps that translate architectural design into concrete business value. Program Scaling & Expansion: Establish the governance and delivery frameworks required to replicate and scale data platform capabilities beyond the initial domain, driving long-term data monetization across the enterprise.
