About HotLync HotLync (hotlync.ai) is a hospitality SaaS platform that helps hotels streamline guest requests, service operations, and communication across departments — from front office and housekeeping to engineering and F&B. We work with hotel properties to improve guest satisfaction, response times, and operational visibility, and we are expanding globally — with clients and opportunities across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, and beyond. The Role We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to own our global commercial growth. Based in Dubai, you will drive the full sales cycle with hotel groups and independent properties worldwide — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing — while also shaping HotLync's marketing presence internationally. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the hospitality industry, understands how hotels buy technology, and can open doors with GMs, hotel owners, and corporate offices across markets. Key Responsibilities • Sales: Own the sales pipeline end to end — prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new hotel accounts globally, with the GCC as the home base • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hotel General Managers, Directors of Rooms, IT heads, and ownership/asset management groups • Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and site visits; translate hotel pain points into HotLync solutions • Partnerships: Build and manage a channel of international resellers, distributors, and hospitality technology partners to extend reach into new markets • Marketing: Plan and execute marketing initiatives — campaigns, content, email outreach, and international industry events and exhibitions (e.g. ATM Dubai, FHS, HITEC, ITB) • Digital: Manage HotLync's digital presence including LinkedIn, website content, and case studies with support from the product team • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting on pipeline health and conversion • Market intel: Gather market and competitor intelligence and feed it back into product and pricing strategy • Representation: Represent HotLync at industry events, partner meetings, and hospitality networking forums What We're Looking For • 5–8 years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience, ideally selling technology or services into hotels (PMS, guest experience, service optimization, telephony, or similar hospitality tech) • Strong network in the hospitality industry — hotel operators, management companies, and ownership groups; international or multi-market exposure is a major advantage • Experience selling across regions and cultures, and comfortable working with international partners, resellers, and remote sales cycles • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing mid-to-large B2B deals • Comfortable running both sales and marketing — you can close a deal on Tuesday and plan a campaign on Wednesday • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus • Self-driven and organized — able to manage a territory independently in a lean, fast-moving team • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, with willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, events, and exhibitions Show more Show less
