Quantity Surveyor - Pre Contract

• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and feasibility estimates during concept, schematic, and detailed design stages. • Conduct detailed cost benchmarking, market pricing, and value engineering to support commercial decision-making. • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure cost efficiency and budget alignment during design development. • Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates based on design drawings and specifications. • Lead the tendering process, including RFQs, tender evaluations, and preparation of cost comparison reports for contractor and consultant appointments. • Assist in developing procurement strategies and tender documentation. • Support in cashflow projections, cost reporting, and preparation of internal commercial presentations. • Maintain and update internal cost databases, market rates, and benchmarking resources. • Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams for cost accuracy and commercial alignment.
