Sales Operations Manager

Job Overview We are looking for a driven Sales & Operations Manager with proven experience in the UAE Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge, exposure to CICPA operational areas, and an established network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and industrial clients. This role is responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless service delivery for transport and heavy equipment rental operations. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors. • Promote transport and heavy equipment rental services to prospective and existing clients. • Build and maintain relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. • Prepare quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts. • Achieve sales and revenue targets while expanding market presence. • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business. • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
