Senior Site Engineer – Villa Project Project: Luxury / High-End Villa Development Job Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise daily site activities for villa construction works. • Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works. • Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams. • Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution. • Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity. • Ensure works meet required quality standards and approved materials. • Conduct inspections and coordinate with the consultant for approvals. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor project milestones. • Resolve site technical issues and coordinate RFIs with the engineering team. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures. • Monitor snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering • 6+ years of site experience, preferably in villa/high-end residential projects. • Strong experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Strong coordination and subcontractor management skills. • Experience working with consultants and client representatives. • Good knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
