This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM applications, while supporting existing business technology solutions and advising business users. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll & Compensation Management. • Configure applications based on business requirements and technology standards. • Conduct system testing and deliver training to super users and end users. • Document best practices, policies, and governance processes. • Provide ongoing support for Fusion HCM application environments. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Applications, or related fields. • 7–10 years of IT experience, with 5–7 years in Oracle Fusion HCM. • Strong expertise in ORC, Core HR, Talent Management modules, Fusion Security, and Approval Workflows. • Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Fórmula, and HR dashboards. • Excellent communication skills in English, with proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
